Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 tablespoon maize flour


  • 4 tablespoon whole wheat flour


  • 1/2 cup onions (chopped)


  • 1/2 cup tomatoes (chopped)


  • 1 green chilli (chopped)


  • 3-4 cloves garlic (chopped)


  • 1 inch pc ginger (chopped)


  • 1 tablespoon coriander leaves (chopped)


  • 1 teaspoon salt


  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder


  • 1/2 cup Water (for kneading the dough)


  • 2 tablespoon ghee

Directions

  • Take a bowl. Add whole wheat flour and maize flour. Add chopped onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger, green chilli and coriander leaves.
  • Add 1 tablespoon ghee. Add salt and red chilli powder. Knead the dough using water.
  • Heat a tava. Add some ghee. Take a ball size dough. Put on tava. Spread in the shape of chapati using hands.
  • Cook from both sides using ghee. Drizzle ghee when it gets cooked.
  • Serve with chutney or curry of your choice.
